Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 Tbsp. powdered milk
    3.5 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
    1 tbsp Oil
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 tsp Salt
    4 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched
    2 tsp. Yeast, bakers
    1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, golden seedless

Directions

Put all ingredients into the bread machine, set on dough cycle. When dough cycle is finished, remove dough to a tube pan and let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 24 slices
