Introduction

Threw this one together with whatever I had left over in the fridge and it was amazingly good! Threw this one together with whatever I had left over in the fridge and it was amazingly good!

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 lb. whole wheat egg noodles
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 medium yellow squash, sliced
    2 small red onions, sliced
    1 medium vine tomato, diced
    1 jar tomato sauce
    parmesan cheese to top

Directions

Prepare the noodles as directed on the packaging.

Sautee the ground turkey until no longer pink. Add vegetables and sautee for about five minutes, or until vegetables have reached the desired softness. Mix in the cooked noodles and tomato sauce. Top with some parmesan cheese and enjoy!
