Ingredients

    3/4 cup Acini de pepe
    20 oz crushed pineapple
    lg can mandarin oranges, cut up
    3/4 cup Splenda
    3 tablespoons flour
    2 eggs. well beaten
    8 0z lite or fat free cool whip

Directions

Cook macaroni, drain and put in dish. Drain juices and set aside in a pan. Mix in well beaten eggs, sugar,flour into the juices. Cook until thickened, Pour over macaroni and refrigerate over night. Add fruit and cool whip to refrigerated mix. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
