    0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 serving Chicken Breast Tenderloin - Tyson - 4 oz.
    2 tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

Mix together flour, salt and pepper. Dredge raw chicken tenders in mix. Fry until 170°.
