Ingredients

    8 serving Russet Potato (Raw, Peeled) 1 potato (by NEEDIN2LOSEIT)
    2 serving Yogurt 1 C Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt Fage Brand
    12 oz Smithfield Spirals (Spiral cut ham) ham only, 3 oz = 1 serving
    0.125 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted

Tips

You make it extra special by grating some fresh Parmesan cheese over top and broiling it until the cheese turns brown. Yum!


Directions

Butter 9x13 baking pan.
Slice potatoes thinly.
Combine potatoes, onions, ham, and yogurt and pour into pan.
Bake 1-1/2 hours at 350°F
