Low-cal, filling, and oh so tasty! Low-cal, filling, and oh so tasty!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
    12 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1.5 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning
    .75 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
    .5 cup Baby Spinach (raw)

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown and crumble turkey.
2. Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
3. Evenly divide meat between cups in the muffin tin.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, steak seasoning and red pepper.
5. Place 2-3 baby spinach leaves on top of meat and then evenly divide egg mixture in the tray.
6. Top each muffin with some shredded cheese
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
