Ingredients

    1 lg. summer squash
    1 lg. zucchini
    1 tomato
    3 Tbsp olive oil
    3 Tbsp cider vinegar
    4 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp dried basil
    1/4 tsp dried thyme
    1/8 tsp salt
    dash pepper

Directions

Chop squash, zucchini, and tomato
Mix other ingredients and pour over vegetables
Stir, refrigerate then serve
