Tips
Prep time is quicker if you use already riced cauliflower.
Directions
1. Rice the cauliflower until you have 2 cups (or use already riced cauliflower)
2. Cook out the moisture from the cauliflower in a skillet. Don't brown.
3. While cauliflower is cooling, beat the egg and add 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
4. After cauliflower is cooled, mix into the egg & cheese mix to make the crust mix.
5. Take crust mix and spread it out on to a pizza tray covered with parchment paper. Build up the edges a little. Crust should be fairly flat, about 1/4" thick at most. Add garlic salt if desired.
6. Place the raw crust into the oven (preheated to 400 degrees). Cook for about 20 minutes. Be careful not to burn the edges.

8. Cook at 400 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
