Introduction

This is for coffee creamer or to use as cream substitute in cream soups. This is also good for tea or coffee latte's. I use 1/4 cup cream in 2 cups of coffee. This is for coffee creamer or to use as cream substitute in cream soups. This is also good for tea or coffee latte's. I use 1/4 cup cream in 2 cups of coffee.

Ingredients

    1.5 cup Water, Filtered
    1/4 cup Cashew Nuts, raw
    Dash of salt

Tips

This is an amazing tasting substitute for half and half or heavy cream in cooking and for coffee and tea.


Directions

Do not soak cashews. Place all ingredients in food processor or nutri-bullet. Blend a good minute or two. Store in glass jar in refrigerator and use in 7 to 10 days.
