Ingredients

    6.0 fl oz Lime Juice
    6.0 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    0.37 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    18.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    3.0 tsp Garlic
    1.0 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk), sliced
    6.0 serving brown rice ramen
    0.25 cup Peanuts, dry-roasted, chopped fine

Directions

Mix first 7 ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours. Put crockpot on keep warm after the 4 hours. Shred chicken and add back to the crokpot. Cook noodles to package instructions. While noodles are cooking whisk eggs together and cook in small pan until set. Slice eggs up into ribbon or chucks. You choose. Mix eggs and noodles into crockpot with chicken and sauce. Top with peanuts and green onions. Serve.
