Make as many of these sandwiches as you can on a day off. Wrap sandwiches individually however you like, and freeze them. Put in your bag on your way to work, pop in the microwave for 30 seconds or until hot, and voila! You can also add cooked egg whites, but be sure to add the calories to the total. 1 English muffin
1 slice Turkey Bacon
1 slice Kraft FREE singles
Directions
To make one sandwich: prepare turkey bacon to package directions. Toast english muffin. Place single cheese slice on hot muffin, top with one slice bacon.
To make ahead sandwiches:
Grill package of turkey bacon, drain on paper towels. Toast up as many english muffins as you'll need. Set up ingredients and make as many sandwiches as you can with your ingredients, following the same proportions as above. Put each sandwich in a plastic bag or however you would like to store it. Freeze. Take a sandwich out and microwave it until heated through for a quick breakfast!
