Ingredients

2 serving Chicken Tyson Grilled & Ready Oven Roasted Chicken Breast (3 oz) about 1 cup
0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
.50 cup Beans, black
.25 cup Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry green/red/yellow pepper/onions
4 tbsp Ch-Chi's Fiesta Salsa Medium
0.25 cup LaCostena Pickled Jalapeno Slices
2 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream
2 serving Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g
Directions
Chop/shred chicken into small pieces. Put everything on the cookie sheet except the sour cream.
Put in oven for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. After 25 minutes, open the oven and put the tortillas on top of cooked ingredients. Set the timer for 10 more minutes.
When finished, put tortillas on 2 large plates. Divide the cooked ingredients and put on the tortillas. Top with a tablespoon of Sour Cream on each or more for taste.

Salt and Pepper
Shredded cheddar
Shredded Lettuce
More Salsa
More Sour Cream
And just about any other veg you can think of!
