Introduction
Easy Flavorful Baked Boneless Chicken Breast for the whole family! Easy Flavorful Baked Boneless Chicken Breast for the whole family!Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
0.25 tsp Pepper, black
1 tbsp Poultry seasoning
0.50 tsp Salt
1.50 tsp Creole Seasoning, Tony Chachere's
16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (uncooked)
3 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Italian Seasoning Blend
100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Tips
You can save any leftover dry seasoning in a container for the next time!
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray one side of each chicken breast with the Olive Oil Cooking Spray, lay on foil lined baking sheet (sprayed side down). Then spray the other side (top side) of each breast with cooking spray.
Add all dry seasonings to a small bowl and mix well, then sprinkle 1/2 the seasoning over top of chicken breasts (reserve other 1/2 for when you flip the breasts over.)
Cover the pan with Foil, and crease center (like a tent) so it doesn't sit on top of the breasts. Poke 3 slits in top of foil to allow steam to escape.
Place in oven and cook for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove and flip breast over with tongs (sometimes I will spray each breast again with cooking oil spray if they appear a little dry) & sprinkle remaining seasoning over the tops of the breast. I do not replace the foil (it's optional). Cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
