Ingredients

    3 Chicken Breasts, boneless & skinless (Chopped up in bite sized pieces)
    2 Tbsp EVOO
    2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
    2 Cups Broccoli Flourettes
    2 Cups chopped Mushrooms
    1 Red Pepper
    1 Cup Sugar Snap Peas
    1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
    1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 Cups Rotini Pasta

Directions

Makes 4 servings.

Cook Chicken in EVOO & chopped garlic.
Add veggies & 1/4 C stock and cook through.
Add rest of stock & soup and simmer.
Season with Salt & Pepper, if necessary.
Add cooked pasta and mix together.
