    Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, .33 tbsp

Directions

Grill veggies on griddle.

Cook egg whites like an omelette

Put grilled veggies on and fold.

I like to put franks red hot on it for a bit more flavor.
