    0.5 tsp cumin
    0.5 tsp paprika
    1 dash black pepper
    1 tsp Salt
    0.33 cup Olive Oil
    2 cup Water, tap
    0.5 ounce yeast
    4 cup all purpose flour
    3 cup diced tomatoes
    50 gram Zaatar spice mix

Tips

Make dough, flatten like flatbread, spread Zaatar and oil and tomato mix on top, bake on 400 for 5-7 minutes until edges start to brown.
