Ingredients

    12.0 serving Great Value large eggs
    12.0 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained
    1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    0.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
    5.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    4.0 tbsp Basil

Directions

Brown crumbled sausage. Whisk eggs. Mix in everything but tomatoes. Pour into greased 9x13 casserole pan, top with tomatoes. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until eggs are set
