    0.5 cup Spinach, frozen
    .75 serving Kale, Trader Joe's frozen (about 2/3 cup)
    1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    7 berry Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
    2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal (2 Tbsp)
    3 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds


blueberries work equally well, as do sweet cherries. Raspberries and blackberries will create some bitterness due to seeds


blend on high as long as you need for the consistency you want. I thaw everything ahead of time. Add more or less almond (or your flavor) milk for consistency
