    .5 cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    1 tsp Splenda
    1 tbsp Cream Cheese
    1 tbsp GV Heavy Whipping Cream (by ABADWAN)
    25 gram Sunwarrior Classic Plus Vanilla Protein Powder (by CHAOSTHEORY2244)
    1 serving Crushed Ice (1/2 cup) (by THINKOBX)
    water as needed

Tips

mixed berries can be substituted. I froze fresh berries in 1/2 portions during peak strawberry season. This decreased prep time to a minute


Directions

Add everything except water in a blender. Blend, adding water as needed to obtain the consistency, for a minute or 2.
