    12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3.5 serving Bacon, Jones Canadian Bacon, 3 slices
    1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    6.0 oz wenslydale

Directions

Dice zucchini. Dice ham. Dice cheese. Mix all with eggs. Divide among giant muffin tins. Bake 425, for 30 min or until cooked through.
