Ingredients

    1 cup, fluid Heavy Whipping Cream
    2 tbsp butter, salted
    2 cup GREAT VALUE finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 package (2 lb) Broccoli, frozen

Tips

This isn't a low-calorie side. It is low carb. I estimated the amounts I used because I don't measure.


Directions

Melt butter. Add whipping cream and simmer. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Cook broccoli in microwave according to package instructions. Pour sauce over broccoli.
