I created this recipe because I don't always add the same vegetables when i make gnocchi.

Ingredients

    2 serving Gnocchi
    30 gram(s) Le conserve della nonna green pesto 1Tbsp=15 grams

Tips

Not all pesto is vegetarian or vegan so make sure the label indicates out is if this is important to you.


Directions

1. Cook gnocchi as directed on package.

2. Stir in 2 tablespoons pesto. Season to taste.

As pictured, this dish had been combined with sauteed courgettes and onions. (See separate recipe)
