    0.33 cup Oat Groats, Bobs Red Mill Organic .25 cup dry (by MIKENPAT)
    0.33 cup Wheat Berries, Nature’s Earthly Choice Red Winter Wheat WG 1/4 C dry
    0.33 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
    1 cup Milk, 1%
    2 oz Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Pressure Cook on High for 30 minutes with water.
Add milk, vanilla, cinnamon and apple after cooking.
