Introduction

A great breakfast or lunch sandwich. A great breakfast or lunch sandwich.

Ingredients

    1 serving 1/2 fresh avocado
    2 serving Egg Hard Boiled (1 serving = 1 large egg boiled)
    1 serving pita pockets whole grain (by LULUBAIR)

Directions

1.Hard boil your eggs. You can do them ahead of time which saves time or cook them while you prepare the rest of the items.
2. After they are hard boiled and peeled, cut the eggs into slices & put aside

3. Cut avocado in half & save the other half for another meal.
4. Mash the avocado (or you can choose to cut it into slices whichever you prefer) and put this aside.

5. cut pita in half and open both sides
6. Add the sliced egg to each half of the pita.
7. Add the avacado (slices or mash) to each half of the pita.

You can add other items to this sandwich like spinach, lettuce or other veggies of your choosing! Now you have a wonderful sandwich!
