Introduction

This is a delicious low carb cheese cake with nut crust. This is a delicious low carb cheese cake with nut crust.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    Crust
    1 cup Almonds (chopped) (or walnut, pecans etc)
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    2 T Erythritol

    Filling
    8 oz. Cream Cheese
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 T Erythritol
    2 T taroni vanilla syrup
    1 t vanilla extract

Directions

Combine crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9 inch square pan. Bake for 9 min at 350 degrees.

Combine the filling ingredients in a blender or bowl and use a hand blender. Pour over the hot crust and bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. or until starting to brown.

Serving Size: 9-3 inch squares
