Ingredients

    1.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh
    0.75 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    0.5 cup, sliced Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1.0 cup, sliced Summer Squash
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.0 serving Great Value Chick Peas Canned
    1.0 serving Birdseye's Brussel Sprouts (3/4 cup=3 oz)

Directions

Heat olive oil in pan. Add veggies (adding squash and zucchini last) and cook until Al dente. Season with tumeric, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add in chick peas and cook until hot. Great over brown rice or quinoa to mage it a meal! Serving Size: Makes 2 servings as a meal
