Ingredients

    4 serving Egg white, large
    1 serving Premium Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
    1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    .5 serving Great Value Finely Shredded Parmesan Blend-1/3 cup (by SSLUKA21)

Directions

- Separate egg whites, whisk, then pour into Frittata dish.
- Chop one cup of broccoli.
- Chop one serving (6 slices) of deli meat.
- Saute broccoli and deli meat on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle half of parmesan cheese on top of egg whites in baking dish.
- Distribute broccoli and chicken evenly over egg whites.
- Sprinkle remaining parmesan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
