Ingredients

24 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin)
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
2 cup Pasta Sauce (Hunt's Thick & Rich Roasted Garlic & Herb Tomato Sauce)
4 fl oz White Wine
2 1tsp Olive Oil
4 serving Cheese - Kroger - Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Slices
Tips
Can garnish optionally with chopped flat parsley, fresh basil or parmesan cheese if desired
Directions
Lightly sear/brown the chops in 1 Tbsp of olive oil and remove to bottom of crock-pot. Add 2nd Tbsp. of oil to browning pan and saute the chopped onion, green pepper pieces and mushrooms just until soft. Add veggies to meat, pour in additional ingredients & cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Serve with one slice of cheese to melt over each chop on the plate.
