Introduction

Ingredients
-
2 cup Tortellini, pasta with cheese filling
3 tbsp Butter, salted
2 serving Bacon, Wright Smoked Bacon - 2 slices
4 tbsp chopped Shallots
2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
.5 tsp Garlic powder
0.50 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE)
.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 package (10 oz) Peas, frozen
35 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese
10 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
1. Add the butter to the Instant Pot and hit “Sauté” and “Adjust” so it’s on the “More”/”High” setting and let the butter melt. Once it does, add the shallot and bacon and let cook for about 2 minutes (don’t let it get too browned)
2. Add the broth, nutmeg, pepper and garlic powder and stir well. Then, add the tortellini and lightly pack it in so the liquid is covering most of it
3. Secure the lid and hit “Manual” or “Pressure Cook” High Pressure for 4 minutes. When done, do a quick release.
4. Once you remove the lid, hit “Sauté” and “Adjust” so it’s on the “More”/”High” setting and add in the box of frozen peas (they will quickly thaw and become hot within a minute due to the heat of the pasta and broth.) Stir gently and well (about 1 minute)
5, Add the Parmesan, heavy cream stir. Hit “Keep Warm/Cancel” and let sit for a few minutes so it cools slightly to proper eating temperature and it will begin to thicken. Enjoy!
