Ingredients

    2/3c milk
    1 egg
    1t vanilla
    4T margarine(melted)
    6oz yogurt
    zest of a lemon
    1C Splenda
    2C flour
    2t baking powder
    1/2t baking soda
    1 cup blueberries

Directions

makes 18 muffins.
Bake 350 degrees about 20 minutes
greased muffin tin.
Mix all ingredients just until combined, do not over mix muffins will get tough
