Ingredients

    3.5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    4.0 tbsp coconut flour
    0.33 cup, chopped Walnuts
    1.0 tbsp Honey
    16.0 tsp swerve
    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.33 cup whole milk greek yogurt
    1.5 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour

Directions

Mix dry separate. Mix wet separate. Mix together and stir in majority of walnuts. Top with extra spice and nuts. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
