Ingredients

    16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
    .75 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    4 tsp McCormick Italian-style Spaghetti Sauce Mix w/mushrooms (by SINISTRAL)
    1 clove Garlic
    2 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta)
    mushrooms (1 small can)

Directions

Brown the ground beef, onions, garlic and peppers. Drain fat. Add Sauce mix, mushrooms and tomato paste plus about 8 oz. water. Allow to simmer until thickened. Cook about ˝ lb. of spaghetti in deep pot. Drain spaghetti in colander and rinse with cool water when done. Ready to serve with the spaghetti sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 4 (1) Cup servings
