    2 tbsp Simple Truth Black Chia Seeds (by TABENDALL)
    4 serving Hodgson Mills Yellow Corn Meal 1/4 c
    3 serving Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes 1/3 c dry
    2 cup Simple Truth Fat Free Vegetable Broth (by RTUCKER7)

Tips

trying out, adjust everything as needed except core corn meal, potato and chia


Directions

place corn meal, potato flakes and chia seeds in a bowl. Voil vegetable broth and pour into flour, mix and set aside. season with 1/8 tsp cayenne, 1/2 tsp chili power, 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1/4 tsp cumin. form dough into 12 patties. light coating of oil or butter of skillet, brown chia cakes on both sides and serve warm.
