Ingredients

1 serving Soup - Lipton Onion Soup Mix (whole packet) (by SLIMLEIGH1)
4 serving Jimmy Dean regular pork sausage - 1/8 of roll (by GRACE_ELLA)
2 cup Spinach, fresh
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
3 cup Beef Broth Cube(0pts) (by DUCKEY1466)
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
2 serving Acini Di Pepe Pasta (1/3 cup serving) (by MELISSA_X0)
Tips
I normally cut spinach up some, but can leave leaves whole if want. Some people will cook the pasta in a separate pan all together and add to each individual bowl. I combine all and serve when pasta done to my liking. Does freeze okay.
Directions
form small balls of sausage. brown each and set aside on paper towel to soak up extra grease.
In pot combine remaining ingredients, minus the pasta.
bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 min. Add sausage balls. simmer another 15 min.
Add heat to bring to rolling boil, prior to adding pasta.
Continue to cook until pasta a tenderness of liking. I think I let it cook hard for 10 min and simmer for another 10 after.
