Ingredients

    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    6.0 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)
    10 oz Organic chopped spinach
    1 cup Liquid egg whites (or 6 egg whites)
    1 lb turkey breakfast sausage

Directions

Preheat ove to 375. Brown sausage in skillet. In separate bowl, combine 6 eggs, and 1 cup liquid egg whites (or 6 egg whites), 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. (salt and pepper optional). Grease casserole dish with cooking spray. Combine sausage, chopped onion, and cooked/drained spinach in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese evenly. Pour egg mixture over the top of sausage mix. Bake in oven for 35 minutes or until cheese is browned on top. Cut into 8 equal pieces. Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
