Introduction

Great slightly spicy one pot dinner. Great slightly spicy one pot dinner.

Ingredients

    4.0 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw
    3.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1.0 small Onions, raw
    2.0 cup Peas, frozen
    1.0 cup Lentils
    2.0 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
    7.0 oz Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage

Directions

Finely chop onion, slice carrots, chop celery, chop peppers and sausage. Set intantpot to saute and begin cooking adding items in order above. Cook until vegies begin to soften and sausage releases some of its liquid. Stir in rice and lentils to coat and add 3 cups water or stock. Seal on lid and set to pressure cook for 12 minutes. to a gentle simmer. Serving Size: 1 cup
