Ingredients

    1 serving pie shell, Deep Dish, Marie Callender's (1 pie shell) (by NETTIEDEE) (I made my own Crisco crust)
    1 cup, Pecan halves
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup Light Corn Syrup
    1 tbsp Butter, unsalted (melted)
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    15 grams Flour, white (1 TBSP)

Directions

Place nuts in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Beat eggs until frothy, add and blend corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla. Combine sugar and flour. Blend sugar/flour mixture into the egg mixture and then pour gently over the nuts. Let stand until nuts rise.
Bake at 375F for 40-50 minutes or until filling is set in middle.

Serving Size: 8 (1/8th of 9 inch pie)
