Ingredients

    6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 cup Spinach, fresh
    0.75 serving Jimmy Dean Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles (1/2 c)
    0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

1.Saute all ingredients except eggs and cheese 2. Evenly distribute into large muffin pan (6 muffins) 3. Crack one egg into each muffin 4. Evenly distribute cheese into the six muffins 5. Stir each muffin to break op egg and mix all ingredients together. 6. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min.
