Ingredients

2 cup Kirkland Blanched Almond Flour
4 serving Land O Lakes, Unsalted Butter, 1 Tbsp
4 tbsp water

1 cup Kroger Heavy Cream Extra Creamy Whipped Cream
.25 cup water
2 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Ham
2 serving Godshalls Turkey Bacon
1.5 cup Organic Valley (Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese)
1.5 cup Organic Valley Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
1/8 tsp Thyme, ground
1/2 tsp ground tumeric
1/8 tsp Cumin - ground
1/8 tsp Rosemary, dried
1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1/4 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Quiche Crust: (for a 6x9 pan or 6.5 x 10 pan)
Melt butter on the stove or in the microwave. Sift 4 cups of almond flour in a bowl. Pour the butter into almond flour and stir. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until you get a nice, dense ball. Pour into pan and pat until it covers bottom completely. **Note: This is will not cover the sides** Pre-bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Quiche Filling:
Mix eggs and cream in a mixing bowl. Add all spices and whisk lightly. Add turkey ham and bacon and whisk. Lastly, add both cheeses and fold gently. Pour mixture into pan on top of almond flour crust.
Bake for 55 minutes on 350 degrees.
Check the middle of the pie to make sure it's done and set. If still liquid, bake for another 10 minutes.
