Ingredients

    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin
    1.0 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    0.25 cup (not packed) Raisins
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    3.0 tbsp Honey
    1.0 cup Milk Whole Vitamin D
    2.0 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.0 serving 1 Large Brown Egg
    2.0 tbsp Skippy peanut butter super chunky

Directions

Mixed dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Add the dry to the wet until blended. Mix in apples and raisins. Put in a 8x8 greased pan. Cook for 35 minutes at 375 temperature. Cool and slice. Keep in refrigerator for 1 week or freezer for 4 months. Warm them up if desired. Serving Size: 12 servings
