Ingredients

    4 squash (4 inch dia) Squash, winter, acorn, raw
    2 tbsp Butter - Great Value salted sweet cream butter
    .5 cup Maple Syrup
    1 cup Quaker granola oats, honey & almonds
    6 oz Ocean Spray Crasins
    24 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

Directions

cut the squashes in half and clean the seeds out. place on a cookie sheet meat side up
melt butter and half of the syrup together brush onto squashes pore any remaining sauce into the wells of the squashes
sprinkle with 1/2 of the brown sugar
roast in the oven at 425 for 40 to 50 mins until soft and cooked through.
once cooked let cool enough to handle, pore and liquid in the well of squash into a small bowl. then peal the skin off and roughly mash the squash place mashed squash in a 9x9 baking pan
sprinkle with crasins, granola, remaining brown sugar.
mix remaining syrup with the reserved liquid and drizzle over the top bake for an additional 15-20 mins.
