Ingredients

    10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1 large Onions, raw
    0.5 cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese (by DLAURIE483)
    2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 cup Fair Life Fat Free Milk
    2 serving Ham John Morrell Diced 96% FF 2 oz.

Directions

spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray
preheat oven to 350
chop peppers and onions add to baking dish
sprinkle diced ham over the veggies
in a large bowl whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper together until well mixed
pore egg mixture over meat and veggies
sprinkle cheese over the eggs
bake uncovered for 30-35 mins or until eggs are cooked through
