    4 serving Chicken, Trader Joe's Breast Tenderloins
    2 serving Trader Joe's Riced Cauliflower
    2 cup Bird's Eye Broccoli Florets
    1 serving Land O Lakes, Salted Butter, 1 Tbsp
    3 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    2 cup brown rice frozen trader joe 1cup=serving
    0.25 tsp Sea Salt Course Diamond Crystal (by ECCLESTOND)
    4 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)
    1 tbsp chopped Shallots
    1 dash Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
    1 1/4 sec spray Chosen Foods avocado oil spray (by MILANMOM1969)
    1/4 cup Chicken Stock

Tips

Seasonings for chicken and overall dish: garlic powder, onion powder, Mrs. dash lemon Pepper, Course sea salt and black pepper, red pepper flakes for desired spicy level.


Directions

Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add butter and sautee garlic & onion. Add chicken and cook until tender. Add riced cauliflower. Cook until partially tender. Add Chicken stock. Add thawed broccoli. Add soy sauce to taste.

Serving Size: makes 6-8 1-cup servings
