Ingredients

    2.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    4.0 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    4.0 cup Beans, black
    3.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried
    4.0 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    0.07 cup Cheese - Mexican Blend - 2% - 4 Cheese - Shredded - Kroger
    2.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime

Directions

Throw in broth, chicken, beans, tomatoes, lime juice, and seasoning. Add in green onions and cilantro and set at high for 8-10 hours. 1 hour before done add corn as well as shred chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and serve with a side of rice (I chose cilantro lime rice) Serving Size: Each serving is about 3/4 cup
