Ingredients

    0.5 large Onions, raw
    1.5 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh
    1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)
    1 serving Sweet Bell Pepper, Orange (1 large) (by ASHLYNNE12)
    1 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    2 cup Baby Spinach & Spring Mix Salad (by ROWLAND925)
    2 cup Baby kale and spinach blend salad mix
    85 grams Pomegranates
    142 grams Blueberries, fresh

Directions

Cut vegetables to your liking, I also cut the spinach mix and kale mix up before measuring, add all ingredients and serve with your choice of dressings. I prefer balsamic or make a homemade orange vinaigrette.
