Makes a decent amount for left over the next day or freeze for later.
Directions
Using saute function on Instant Pot, brown meat in oil. Turn off function. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Set pot for 8 min on Manual function. When cycle is coplet, quick release presure.
