Introduction

Ingredients

1lb of dry kidney beans
1lb of lean ground beef
2 cups of tomatoe sauce
1 package of McCormick seasoning
1 cup bell pepper
1 1/4 cup onion
1 can sweet yellow corn.
Directions
Take 1 pound of dry kidney beans and soak for 6 hours.
After six hours turn the beans on medium to hi to boil adding seasoning salt to the water.
Chop veggies while in mean time, brown ground beef and add chopped veggies, seasoning, and tomatoe sauce. Bring to low simmer to combine all flavors.
once beans are tender add the ground beef mixture and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Tastes great with corn tortillas and cheese or just by itself.
