Ingredients

    150 grams Grated Cheese
    500 gram Beef Mince
    250 grams Penne Pasta
    400 grams Italian Diced Tomatoes
    50 grams Tomato Paste

Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C / 356 F
Cook pasta as directed.

Brown mince
Add tomato paste and diced tomatoes
Cook for 5-8 minutes
Add pasta to oven proof dish
Cover cooked pasta with bolognese mix
Cover bolognese mix with grated cheese
Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top
