Ingredients

    24 oz Chicken Thighs - Boneless, Skinless (15% chicken broth, sea salt, natural flavorings)
    2 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 clove Garlic
    16 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
    4 tsp Tony Cacheres Cajun Seasoning (by TXMOMMA)
    6 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    16 oz Shrimp, cooked
    0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Tips

Shrimp is optional.
Lemon is optional.


Directions

1. Season the chicken (3 tablespoons) and the shrimp (1 tablespoon) with Tony Cacheres
2. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
3. Pan-sear the chicken thighs (brown on both sides)
4. Remove and set the chicken to the side.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the same pan.
6. Pan-sear the shrimp.
7. Remove and set the shrimp to the side.
8. Pour the heavy cream into the pan and cook until it thickens add in lemon, garlic, spinach and Cayenne Pepper.
9. Add in the chicken thighs and shrimp. Let simmer for 10-15 mins.

Serving Size: 1 serving per thigh
