Ingredients

    300 gr very lean ground steak, 5%
    1 cup reconstituted TVP in small pieces
    265 gr drained lentils--1 average can
    390 gr chopped tomatoes, 1 average can
    1 envelope Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix, dry from the envelope
    1 envelope taco seasoning, I use homemade

Directions

Makes 6 servings.

Brown beef, add the rest of the ingredients, cook together for about 15-20 minutes.
